19 Dec KARA Announces Participants of 2026 class of Tomorrow’s Agribusiness Leaders
The selection committee for the Tomorrow’s Agribusiness Leaders (TAL) program met in early-December to review applications and select five members of the Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association and five members of the Kansas Grain and Feed Association to comprise the 28th class of agribusiness’ premier leadership development course.
The selection committee of TAL alumni chose: Charles Aufdenkamp (ADM); Libby Clark (Farmers Cooperative Association); Logan Cox (Conestoga Energy Partners); Josh Crosby (MKC); Stephen Floyd (Producer Ag, LLC); Paul Hennings (Irsik & Doll Feed Service); Anthony Holmes (Kanza Cooperative Association); Cooper Lancaster (Morrill Elevator); Levi Lehmkuhl (Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc.) and J.D. Pruitt (ProValue Insurance) to complete the 28th class.
“Congratulations to the individuals selected for the 2026 class of Tomorrow’s Agribusiness Leaders,” KARA President and CEO Ron Seeber said. “Tomorrow’s Agribusiness Leaders plays an important role in preparing the next generation of leaders within our industry. We look forward to working with this class as they gain a stronger understanding of the issues affecting agribusiness, expand their professional networks and develop the skills needed to be effective voices for the industry.”
Each class participates in three sessions designed to improve the leadership skills of Kansas agribusiness men and women through increasing their understanding of the association’s mission and activities, teaching the state and federal legislative process, improving leadership and communication skills, and preparing members for possible public service through campaigns or public office.
