Ron Seeber was hired as KARA's president and CEO in October 2017 after working for the association since July 2008.

Randy Stookey is the lead lobbyist for the association and provides guidance addressing legal questions and compliance issues.

Staci Storey has been with KARA since October 2016. She is responsible for KARA's accounting system including financial reports and oversight, accounts payable & accounts receivable and personnel records.

Trae Green oversees all communications, marketing and branding products provided by the association. He also serves as a member of the legislative team.

Lisa Anschutz is responsible for maintaining membership records, directory listings, email addresses for electronic communications, educational programs & major meeting registration.

Sidney Rhinehart joined the association in 2019 and took control of all event planning in January of 2022. She oversees coordination and execution of more than 30 events the association conducts each year including the Kansas Agri Business Expo.

Clay Fagan joined the association in 2022 and is responsible for the management of the associations’ membership recruitment and retention programs. He is also responsible
for the development and coordination of 20-plus training program offerings.
