The Tomorrow's Agribusiness Leaders Program - a jointly sponsored initiative of the Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association and the Kansas Grain and Feed Association - is an intesive leadership development program designed to teach members of the association, about the state and federal legislative and regulatory process and how to be a better leader within the industry.
Applications are reviewed by the TAL Alumni Selection Committee, consisting of 10 past graduates of the TAL Program. They make their selections based upon who they believe will gain the most from the program and who has the most to offer their respective associations. Applicants will be notified regarding their application status by December 31.
While the majority of the TAL Program expenses are paid for by the Associations through corporate sponsorships, there is a $350 fee that the individuals or their firms will be required to submit once they've been selected to participate in the program.
